Wow. There’s not a whole lot more to say. Wow.
This is a hard movie to say “I loved this movie” about, but I loved this movie. The performances were excellent, and while the subject matter was somewhat (ok, A LOT) disturbing at times, it was handled expertly.
I think Margery may have summed it up best when she equated it to Dickens – the movie starts out with three or four seemingly disconnected stories, in the end, the stories come together in a most unexpected but satisfying way.
Overall evaluation: GO SEE THIS MOVIE!
