You shouldn&#8217;t use the courts for free publicity.  The courts are there to make law, not to allow you to get on Headline News or score some quick bucks.  It&#8217;s the same problem I have with the Spike Lee v. SpikeTV case.  Ugh.<\/p>\n<p><i>Kraft received more than 250 e-mails concerning trans fat in the days following news of the suit.
